Although this is one of the more simple designs in the Basilisk
samples it's probably my favorite only because it has the most
dramatic pose.
The small spindly legs were something added very late in the
design and when the creature was finally articulated and animated
they served very little purpose other than to get in the way of letting
the creature move smoothly on the ground.
This was not the final design but I think it had the most aggressive
features.
