I have no doubt worked on some really low budget
movies - I don't think anyone could deny that working
on these movies doesn't carry prestige but it is
definitely fun.
Since there is so little time and money to make
movies like these the post production can suffer
greatly.
Rock Monster was definitely helmed by someone who
truly enjoys making movies. It's no surprise that this
movie is one of the few that I enjoy watching as a
movie because of it's sense of humor.
I did not get to animate any of the shots of the final
creature I built. It's one of my creative regrets - I did
animate a large amount of previsualization for the film.
